The Invisible Hand of God
The invisible hand of God has gracefully opened a door;
and slam all other doors SHUT!
A prayer answered when i called;
a clear answer that leaves me with no doubt.
Even though I wasn't desperate in prayer;
even so when I was very much in the lions' lair;
yet He gracefully stood by me;
held my hand closely in His and made me see.
Albeit most of the time I couldn't see You;
most of the time my ears grew weary of Your advice;
yet You always give the cue;
at times when I didn't have a clue.
The invisible Hand of God is nigh;
very nigh to me indeed.
"For promotion [cometh] neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God [is] the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another".
Psalm 75:6-7
