Where is the REST?
I'm not sure if you're sometimes feeling as jaded as I do. The past 5 months were anything but a smooth ride. I'm trying to look for rest. When was the last time you felt you had a good rest? Was it when:
- you had a good massage?
- you played the guitar for a personal jam time?
- you stoned in front of the TV finishing off the last episode of a 30-part serial all in one day?
- you had a satisfying weekend buffet?
- you listened to an uplifting sermon in church?
Or are the above all mis-directed ways of finding rest when there's actually something else?
What is rest?
where is true rest?
Why can't we find real rest?
How? How? How?
